Your coreopsis looks great! Mine didn't come back that nicely. Is yours getting lots of sun? Maybe that's the mistake I made, putting it in a part shady spot.
ReplyDeleteYou've got a nice variety of blooms this month... The pink rose is really lovely!
ReplyDeleteOH, wow, that Sweet William is amazing! And your Clematis is awesome too.. i'm such a sucker for the clematis...
ReplyDeleteGreat blooms in spite of your near tragic demise at the hands of that tree. Aren't you suffering from some sort of post traumatic stress? The city should pay! So glad the damage was minimal. I think I would rather have your calmness around in the midst of chaotic conditions so, rather than a curse, you have a gift!
ReplyDeleteHey, how do you get your Penstemon 'Husker's Red' foliage to be so dark? It looks so good. That Clematis is also a luscious dark red, very nice.
ReplyDeletebek - its east facing and gets about a 1/2 day of full sun. i love it! you should see it in person. It's breathtaking.
ReplyDeleteleslie - thanks!
j-dog - i am too and I think i'll buy some lighter colored half dead ones at the end of this season.
layanne - lmao @ my "near tragic demise at the hands of that tree".
MMD - south facing full sun and lots of neglect ;)
Ooooh, Gina, that Clematis is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI am droooooooling over that red clematis. Wow!
