    it is a shame though that some didn't get to ripen so you could also have a BLT with them .. lol

  3. Mmmmm! They're really good sauteed in olive oil and topped with fresh basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese too. And pickled green tomatoes are to die for too!

    carolyn - i've never liked fried green tomatoes. I told ya I was displaced into the south. I never fit in! I don't like fried okra, either!
