Call when you have them ready I love fried green tomatoes!

it is a shame though that some didn't get to ripen so you could also have a BLT with them .. lol

Mmmmm! They're really good sauteed in olive oil and topped with fresh basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese too. And pickled green tomatoes are to die for too!

carolyn - i've never liked fried green tomatoes. I told ya I was displaced into the south. I never fit in! I don't like fried okra, either!

I have to agree. My windowsill is lined with the green tomatoes that I plucked before I took everything in the garden down to the ground...Maybe I'll try the curry recipe, too!

I had so many left over this year because I had to pick early because of blight! Only so many things you can do with them!
