  2. Happy New Year to you!!

I'm going to try winter sowing for the first time this year, thanks to your blog! I've gone through seeds I kept from last year and picked out some perennials and hardy annuals. I'm also going to send for some rudbeckia and coneflower seeds as well. I love going through seed catalogues in the dead of winter with tons of snow on the ground. I'm very interested to see how WS will work - it makes a lot of sense so I'm sure I'll be pleasantly surprised. Keep us posted on your WSing and I'll do the same.

Good luck with the winter sow. I don't have a greenhouse or place to do it. Happy New Year !

  5. I've just come upon your blog and am really enjoying it, especially your humor! I went back to where you asked for help with your front lawn area. Did you ever decide what to do? Did you remove the shrubs you wanted to? Is there a post I haven't seen that shows the changes?
