Super exciting! I'm always so excited when my onions sprout, I start dreaming of caramelized onions over potatoes.......
So fun when our seed babies germinate. I just had my kale pop up today. I am still waiting on my onions.
I'm embarrassed to admit onions I bought from the store are sprouting similar greenage.
So cool to see them growing. I must have some onions growing next year.
